Rainbow Rising

Can you believe it’s just one month until Pride 2023? We’re so excited to share with you all the fruits of our efforts over the last year. We at PrideFest think this is one of the best shows we’ve ever put together, both on Capitol Hill and at Seattle Center.

This year’s theme is “Rainbow Rising”. Every day in America, LGBTQIA+ people are contributing their art, their talents, and their experience to make life a little more beautiful for themselves and others. If you turn on the news, you may think we are a community under attack—and in many places, we are—but we are also simply living our lives and finding a way to rise out of the struggle of the moment in surprising, unique, and beautiful ways. We are the rainbow. The rainbow is rising.”

Over the next month, we’ll use this—our Spotlight section—to talk to artists, raise up non-profits, make sure you know about specific events or features of our events. We can’t wait to see you on June 24 and 25 for PrideFest!
